Belle River Farms, as a member of TEAM, (The Eventing Association of Michigan) offers an approved and sanctioned horse training facility, with all training and show locations within easy access to and from all areas of the farm.  It is further complemented by being versatile enough to accommodate any level of rider and most uses.  The courses described below are used for training and the annual Belle River Farms Horse Trials Eventing Show.  The Short Course Eventing Series will utilize a combination of all three arenas.  Click here to see the combinations used in each level of this competition.

NEW FOR THE 2007 SEASON 
2 outdoor sand dressage areas and water jumps.

Our DRESSAGE arena, as pictured here, is an approved 66' x 130' sand area conveniently placed next to all warm-up, show, training and barn areas.




CROSS-COUNTRY -- All of the fences for this competition are regulation height for each respective division up to preliminary levels.  We offer three different sanctioned courses for training at three different skill levels.  These courses are redefined for each year's Horse Trials.   (Click on the respective underlined course below to see the jump placement maps.)
 

• Beginner Novice Course totaling 14 fences
• The Novice Course totaling 17 fences
• Training Course totaling 20 fences
   

Our TEAM sanctioned cross-country course can be rented by the day. 


STADIUM JUMPING -- Aside from training in the Dressage and indoor arenas, we have developed a beautiful grass area for this phase of competition, again conveniently placed for easy access to all areas of the farm and show.
