About the Annual Horse
Trials Show If you have seen the fabulous equestrian display of the Olympics, you already know this breathtaking event is the result of hours and hours of disciplined training and a true love of the sport. With a focus towards providing medal winners for this ultimate goal, Belle River Farms' One-Day Eventing Show provides viewers a peek at the enormous equestrian talent that is developing in the state of Michigan. Obviously, the major treat for spectators is the competition...But, in addition...a general sense of anticipated excitement makes the day special for everyone. Show Registration Registration is required prior to the show. It is possible to access the forms online for this year's show and submit per instructions outlined on the registration page. Dressage, a specific test to show control, way of going, beauty, and rider communication skills. To be shown at the walk, trot, and canter gaits.
CROSS-COUNTRY-ENDURANCE -- (a timed event)
A course of solid obstacles over the countryside to be completed within the limit and fault-free; a true test of rider and horse trust, athletic ability, and speed. Each course level is outlined below:

A
Belle
River Farms sponsors a pre-show dinner for arriving participants...An
opportunity for them to gather and prepare for the exciting events of the
following day.
The
day of the show introduces viewers to beautiful surroundings, beautiful horses...and many
talented riders. A casual seating environment works well for
several hundred spectators, who have the opportunity to pick their
own vantage point to watch the riders perform in specific stages of riding competition. 
The same horse and rider now test their
ability to be precise and fast over a course of fences where the slightest
touch can cause a fault!
